SheetDemon is a character-sheet tracker with a GM table. It is provided as is, while in development; we try to keep it up and to keep your data safe, and we tell you when we can't.
You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Keep your password to yourself; use the linked-device flow to sign in a second device instead of sharing it.
A pack is data that describes a sheet: fields, formulas, item names, effects. You keep the rights to what you publish and grant other SheetDemon users a licence to download and use it under the licence you choose (CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA, MIT, OGL 1.0a or all rights reserved).
Rules text, spell and monster descriptions, and tables transcribed from a book must not be published, with one exception: material from the System Reference Document 5.1 under CC BY 4.0, with its attribution kept. Descriptive titles ("Frostgrave-style warband") are fine; logos and trade dress are not. Three copyright reports, or one moderator action, take a version off the registry pending review.
A GM may edit any sheet at their table within the permissions the game sets. Players can leave a game at any time and keep their sheet; the GM keeps a read-only copy of what happened at the table.
