Tell us what you expected and what happened instead, which device and which pack. Settings → Report a problem in the app opens this page with the version filled in; otherwise write to [email protected].
Every pack page has a Report button. Copyright reports are looked at first.
Without an account they live only on the device; a backup from Settings → Backup can be imported on another phone. With an account, sign in on any device and they sync.
